Taliban'dan Yeni Yasak: Canlı Varlıkların Görüntüleri Yayınlanamayacak
Taliban yönetimi, Afganistan genelinde medya organlarında canlı varlıkların resimlerinin yayımlanmasını yasakladığını duyurdu ve bu yasanın aşamalı olarak uygulanacağını belirtti.
Birçok vilayette gazetecilere bu kısıtlamaların uygulanacağı uyarısı yapıldı.
Taliban'ın İyiliği Emretme ve Kötülüğü Yasaklama Bakanlığı sözcüsü Seyfülislam Heyber, Fransız Haber Ajansı'na (AFP) yaptığı açıklamada, "Bu yasa Afganistan genelinde kademeli olarak uygulanacak" dedi.
Heyber, canlı varlıkların resimlerinin yayımlanmasının İslam hukukuna aykırı olduğunu belirterek, Taliban'ın bu kısıtlamaları İslami değerlere uygunluğu sağlamak amacıyla uyguladığını ifade etti.
Geçtiğimiz yaz Taliban, İyiliği Emretme ve Kötülüğü Yasaklama politikaları kapsamında 35 maddeden oluşan bir dizi yasa çıkardı.
Bu yasalar arasında medya organlarında canlı varlıkların resimlerinin yayımlanmasının yanı sıra, İslam'a ve dine aykırı içeriklerin ve "Müslümanların itibarını zedeleyici" haberlerin yayımlanmasının da yasaklanması bulunuyor.
Taliban'ın 1996-2001 yılları arasındaki ilk yönetim döneminde de canlı varlıkların resimlerinin yayımlanması yasaklanmıştı. O dönemde uygulanan benzer yasaklar, medya ve halk üzerinde ciddi kısıtlamalara yol açmıştı.
Taliban'ın kadınlara yönelik son dönemde getirdiği kısıtlamalar da geniş tepki çekmiş durumda. Kadınların ev dışında seslerinin duyulması veya yüzlerinin görünmesi yasaklanmış ve bu sert yasalar, Birleşmiş Milletler de dahil olmak üzere uluslararası toplum tarafından kınandı.
Taliban yönetimi, bu katı kuralları uygulama konusundaki ısrarını sürdürmekte ve bu yasaklar, 1990'lı yıllarda Afganistan'daki ilk yönetim döneminde uygulanan kısıtlamaları hatırlatıyor. O dönemde de kadın hakları ve sivil özgürlükler ciddi şekilde kısıtlanmıştı.
