Burdur'daki diyaliz ölümleri: Flaş gözaltılar
Burdur'da diyalizin ardından rahatsızlanan 33 hastadan 3'ünün ölmesi üzerine başlatılan soruşturmada bir gelişme yaşandı. Soruşturma kapsamında gözaltına alınan 2'si hastane personeli 4 kişi gözaltına alındı.
Burdur Devlet Hastanesi’nde 25 Mayıs tarihinde diyalize giren hastalardan bazılarının baş dönmesi, mide bulantısı, şuur bulanıklığı gibi şikayetlerle hastanelere kaldırılmaları ve hayatlarını kaybetmelerinin ardından başlatılan soruşturmada gelişme yaşandı.
Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın görevlendirdiği 1 müfettişin hastanede incelemenin ardından yürütülen adli soruşturma kapsamında Burdur Devlet Hastanesi’nde görevli sekreter M.C. ve elektrik teknisyeni İ.S. ile bağımsız çalışan makine mühendisleri G.A.S ve Y.A. ‘taksirle ölüme sebebiyet verme’ ve ‘taksirle yaralama’ suçlarından dün gözaltına alınmıştı. Şüpheli 4 kişi bugün emniyetteki işlemlerinin ardından gözaltına alındı.

25 Mayıs'ta saat 08.00-12.00 ile 12.00-16.00 seanslarında diyalize giren hastalardan bazıları baş dönmesi, mide bulantısı, şuur bulanıklığı ve nakil aracından inememe şeklindeki şikayetlerle hastaneye geldi. Bazılarının durumunun ağırlaşması üzerine yetkililer gün içinde diyalize giren hastaların tamamına telefonla ulaşıp, hastaneye gelmelerini istedi. Bazıları da ambulansla hastaneye getirildi.
İlk etapta sağlık durumu ağırlaşan 18 hasta ambulanslarla hastanelere sevk edildi. Yetkililer, farklı illerden ambulans talep etti. Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın talimatıyla gün içinde diyaliz tedavisi gören 33 hastanın tamamı hastanelere gönderildi. Hastalardan 23'ü Antalya'da, 6'sı Afyonkarahisar'da, 3'ü Isparta'da, 1'i de Denizli'de tedaviye alındı. Hastalardan 70 yaşındaki Mustafa Demir, tedavi gördüğü Antalya Akdeniz Üniversitesi Hastanesi'nde 28 Mayıs'ta, 88 yaşındaki Saniye Aksöz ve 67 yaşındaki Somalili Amina Abas Jama ise tedaviye alındıkları Antalya Şehir Hastanesi'nde 29 Mayıs'ta yaşamını yitirdi.
