Uraloğlu'ndan yeni açıklama: Türkiye'de güncel veri sızıntısı oldu mu?
Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanı Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Türkiye’de kişisel verilerin çalındığı yönündeki soruya, “O dönem kendi içinde konuşuldu, kapandı” diyerek yanıt verdi. Uraloğlu, güncel bir sızıntı olup olmadığı sorusunu da yanıtladı.
Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanı Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Evrensel Posta Birliği Bölgesel Strateji Forumu'nun ardından basın mensuplarının sorularını yanıtladı. Uraloğlu, "kişisel verilerin sızdırıldığı" iddialarına ilişkin sorulara yanıt verdi.
Veri sızıntısı gündemine yönelik konuşan Uraloğlu, gazetecilerin “Ne kadar veri çalındı, kimler çaldı, hangi bilgileri içeriyor?” sorularına yönelik açıklamalarda bulundu.
“Türkiye’nin gündeminde kişisel verilerin çalınması gündemi yok” diyen Uraloğlu, veri sızıntısının daha önceki yıllarda yaşandığını hatırlattı. Uraloğlu, “Çalınma olayı olmamıştır. Geçmiş dönemde konuşulan bir bilgi vardı, o konuşuldu. O dönem kendi içinde konuşulmuş kapanmıştır. Şu anda Türkiye’de böyle bir gündem yok” ifadelerini kullandı.
“HABERLERİN BİZİM NEZDİMİZDE KIYMETİ YOK”
Sözlerinin çarpıtıldığını belirten Uraloğlu, “Söylenilen bir laf cımbızla çekilip, Türkiye’de insanların güvenliğiyle, verileriyle ilgili çalınmış güncel şeyler vardır diye haber yapılmasın” diye konuştu.
Uraloğlu, “Bu haberlerin bizim nezdimizde kıymeti yoktur. Geçmişte olup, kendi içinde konuşulmuş konuyu yıllar sonra gündeme getirip güncelmiş gibi sunmak doğru değildir. Bununla ilgili ayrıca başka bir şey söylenmesine gerek yok. Türkiye’de şu anda kişisel verilerin çalınmasıyla ilgili bir gündem yok” dedi.

NE OLMUŞTU?
Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanı Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Beştepe’deki Kabine toplantısı sonrası gazetecilere açıklamalarda bulunmuş, 85 milyon Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşının kimlik bilgilerinin çalındığını doğrulayan Uraloğlu, “Maalesef önlenemedi” demişti. Uraloğlu, "Pandemi sürecinde bazı bilgiler maalesef elde edilmiştir ve bu sızıntı o dönemde engellenememiştir" ifadelerini kullanmıştı.
Daha önce 108 milyon vatandaşın kimlik numaraları, adresleri ve cep telefonu gibi kişisel bilgilerinin çalındığı tespit edilmişti. Bu bilgiler, bilgisayar korsanları tarafından beş farklı Google Drive dosyasında toplanmıştı.
Bilgisayar korsanlarının, ele geçirdikleri verileri 'Yenilenmiş TC', 'Adres', 'GSM', '101m' ve 'GSM' (ikinci bir dosya) isimli beş farklı Google Drive dosyasında topladığı öğrenilmişti. Çalınan veriler arasında 108 milyon 571 bin 832 kişiye ait T.C. kimlik numarası, 82 milyon 322 bin 190 kişinin ikamet adresi ve 134 milyon 817 bin 279 cep telefonu numarası yer almıştı.
Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu (BTK), Google'a gönderdiği resmi talep ile bu dosyaların "acil" koduyla kaldırılmasını istemişti. BTK, “Bu doğrultuda, kritik öneme sahip olduğu iddia edilen bazı verilerin sisteminize başarıyla yüklendiğini önemle dikkatinize sunarız” ifadesiyle Google’a ilgili Drive dosyalarının bağlantılarını iletti ve 'acil' koduyla 'derhal' kaldırılmalarını istemişti.
